Finding a Space in Life is a book about a young woman’s journey of looking at her family history after a suggestion from a mentor. There is an ah-ha moment that happened for the author and a concept/model was created called Healthy By Design (HBD). This model is a practical tool that the author began using to connect the unknown spaces from her past to create a deliberate healthier future. This book isn’t about theory without practice. There is work that must be done in order to live a life that is intentional, deliberate, and healthy. The hope is that readers will be able to take-a-way life design or re-design tools and strategies to create their own HBD story.
